In accordance with s3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995, the City of Mandurah proposes to lease a 84m2 portion of Reserve 44953 (Lot 300) Dunkeld Drive, Herron to Amplitel Pty Ltd for a term of 20 years for consideration of $18,700 (inc GST) per annum.
The market value of the disposition was assessed at $18,700 (inc GST) per annum on 4 March 2025.
