In accordance with s3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995, the City of Mandurah proposes to lease a 84m2 portion of Reserve 44953 (Lot 300) Dunkeld Drive, Herron to Amplitel Pty Ltd for a term of 20 years for consideration of $18,700 (inc GST) per annum.
The market value of the disposition was assessed at $18,700 (inc GST) per annum on 4 March 2025.
Members of the public are invited to make written submissions in relation to the proposed disposition, to the Chief Executive Officer, City of Mandurah, PO Box 210, Mandurah WA 6210 or emailed to council@mandurah.wa.gov.au by 12 June 2025.
